Returned Goods Policy

Pulse Health requires prior approval return authorization (RA) to return the Pulse Health commercial product.  Products will be accepted without RA and a replacement product issued if it is within the terms of the return policy.

Returnable Items:

Products purchased in the US are returnable to Pulse Health for replacement product (as applicable) with prior approval:

  1. Product shipped directly that is damaged in transit, subject to the FOB terms, or material shipped in error by Pulse Health
  2. Discontinued, withdrawn, or recalled merchandise
  3. Product that is in need of repair and under warranty

Nonreturnable Items:

All products other than those listed above shall be deemed non-returnable. Non-returnable products include, without limitation:

  1. Product that has been in a fire, clearance, bankruptcy, or similar sale
  2. Product sold on “non-returnable” terms
  3. Merchandise purchased or otherwise obtained in violation of any federal, state, or local law or regulation
  4. Product damaged due to customer negligence
  5. Merchandise destroyed or damaged from causes such as fire, water, tornado, or other catastrophe and merchandise that has otherwise deteriorated due to conditions occurring after shipment and beyond the control of Pulse Health, such as improper storage or handling, heat, cold, smoke, and so forth.

Procedure for Returning Items:

Contact the Pulse Health website at; www.myrevelar.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.  All requests for returns will be addressed within one business day of receipt via e-mail or telephone.

Upon confirmation that a return is authorized the customer will be instructed on the procedures for shipping product to Pulse Health for repair or a refurbished product.  Information required to complete the returns process may include, but not limited to:

  1. Name and address of facility returning product
  2. Phone number
  3. List of products, including quantity being returned, lot number, and expiration date of each
  4. Reason for return
All returns shall be made in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
